Part Time Swim School Manager
As Part-Time Swim School Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth, safe and effective operation of the swim school. Reporting to the Director of Swim School, you will lead and support a team of swim teachers, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive quality, consistency and retention across the programme.
You will be expected to be present during operational lesson times on a rota basis, covering 4–5 sessions per week. This is a hands-on, visible role supporting staff, parents and swimmers on poolside and at reception.
Example operational hours include:
Monday to Friday: 3.45pm – early evening
Saturday mornings
Sunday mornings
Exact hours will be agreed on a rota basis to support the needs of the swim school.
Permanent or Cover Swimming Instructor
Your primary role will be to plan, deliver and review the highest quality, knowledgeable, fun and safe lessons with excellent standards of customer experience, changing lives through giving every child opportunity to learn to swim.
As part of your role, you will plan and deliver swimming lessons in and out of the water, use technology to support and engage customers as well as working as part of a team to deliver our Swim England Framework to the local community.
